We currently ship orders within India only.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We partner with reliable courier and logistics service providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all eligible orders.
In case any region-specific charges, remote area delivery charges or special delivery fees are applicable, the customer will be informed before dispatch.
3. Taxes and Duties
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian regulations, including GST where applicable.
No additional import duties are charged for deliveries within India.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch Timelines
Many of our products, including ethnic wear, kurti sets, suits and handcrafted items, may involve careful quality checks, packing and dispatch preparation.
Please allow 10–15 working days for dispatch of domestic orders.
During peak seasons, festivals, high-demand periods, public holidays, courier delays, public restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 7–10 working days.
If there is any significant delay in dispatch, our team will try to notify you via email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, logistics delays and serviceability of your area.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on the details provided at the time of order.
You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status on the courier partner’s website or tracking portal.

7. Receiving Your Order
To protect both the customer and Rang Hazaar, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when you receive your parcel.
Please follow these guidelines:

Take clear photos of the parcel and product.

Record and share proof within 48 hours of delivery in case of any issue.
This helps us verify any claims related to damaged, missing, incorrect or tampered products.
8. Damaged, Opened or Tampered Parcel
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, tampered with or suspicious, please do the following:

10. Cancellation Before Shipping
Prepaid and COD orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not already been processed, packed or shipped.
